Oma boutique restaurant

I grew up in an estancia here in Patagonia, surrounded by organic products, perfumes and intense flavors. In this wonderful place the table was always set: family, friends, bosses, hunters, diplomats and some other European noblemen. The recipes of the family were cooked with love and dedication, because there was no other way.

Oma, my space inside Casona del Alto allows me to recover that concept to entertain guests willing to live a kitchen full of history and flavor, with my own personal stamp. Looking forward to your visit.
